[Babase] Conversion errors that need examining

Leah,
There's some more conversion errors. Things like
being censused before birth and censused
twice on the same day.
(I think all the latter
put the individual in the same group twice, so it's
probably that the census file was updated twice.
This _could_ mean that some other group's census
did _not_ get updated. Perhaps looking for "gaps"
in the census around this time period, and knowing
the order in which things get updated, would
be a way to check...)
The files are in papio:/scratch/babase/
If you see problems reported that you don't
think exists, it could be I have a program
bug. Let me know if you think so.
Pay no attention to the millions of errors
(I kid you not)
after the BEGIN TRANSACTION errors. Those
are program bugs.
