this group by Interpolation when an their whereabouts are unknown.<br>

</div>We shouldn't need to change any of the existing rows (except perhaps<br>
the BIOGRAPH.Matgrp value). Having an "old style" Status code for<br>
an individuals first CENSUS row should just mean that there's no<br>
interpolation prior to that date, and if the whereabouts of the<br>
individual are unknown then (s)he should wind up in the unknown<br>
group. I'm testing this out and will let you know the results.<br>
