[Babase] demog update Q for Jeanne and Susan

So just to make sure we are all in agreement:
for the 08a update, I will not enter any of the information from the
collar checks as demographic notes, even if they give us the
location/census of an animal on a non-census day....correct?

For the record, I'm in agreement with Karl about the ultimate structure
of the tables...but I can forsee the need for a view that shows all the
specifics of the collar check because health of the animal certainly
plays a role in how representative of the group's location the GPS data are.
