Interesting. I've never thought about this.
I could open a ticket with eracks.com and ask
them about dumbo. (We've got a year warranty.)
They'll probably help with the external drive
too, although we did not get it from them.
The problem is the UPS specs don't mention anything
and the only way to find out is to hook it up to
an oscilloscope. Maybe the best choice is to
just try it an see if pulling the power plug on the
ups crashes dumbo.
Could we ask Axel or Sal?
