[Babase] Docbook style sheets

Anne,

I've found out lots about customizing docbook output.
You were right in that you use a style sheet, but
XML has it's own style sheets.  They are more powerful
than CSS, which naturally means they're more tricky.

See what I've done with the Makefile for the docs
lately, they reference a new stylesheet.
And the docs now have an appendex on
customization.

E.G. See this http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/CrossRefs.html
on linking and cross referencing.  I think we could
use an xref instead of a link to refer to table
names and such and that would make more sense.
