[Babase] Conversion Errors - Deleting MEMBERS and CENSUS rows

Thanks, Karl - this was a big help in pointing me in the right 
direction.  I found a menu in FoxPro that essentially writes the query 
lines you gave me above (like "DELETE FOR DATE >= 'DDDDDD' AND DATE <= 
'DDDDD'") to mark rows for deletion.  Worked without a hitch in some 
dummy tables - I'll keep playing a bit more though to be sure it can 
handle that big changes to MEMBERS and CENSUS, but I think I'm on the 
right track now.
