Hmm...maybe I made that part up. I empty the repro tables. I KNOW they
throw errors if you don't. And then I rebuild them all and members at the
end. That's probably why I lumped it in with the others in my head.... Bet
we don't need to empty members then. It doesn't complain like these other
tables?

There should be no normal circumstances under which you need
to manually change anything in members. Members are supposed
to be automatically updated by the system and take care
of themselves. That's why regular users do not have
permission to modify members.
If there are any other times when you regularly become
babase_admin to do anything we should take a look at those
too.
