You make your own login by trying to login.  Then you tell one of
us what it is and we grant access to allow you to change things.
Your login name should be TylerBrock by convention, so I'll grant
that access now.

This requires me to turn my brain on, and I need to get to bed.

My thoughts run along the lines of using the VPN key infrastructure.
Except I don't think we actually require any sort of keys other
than the certificate authority (CA).  Probably the VPN CA should be
what signs your key.  If you want you can look at the openvpn
stuff on papio.  I think there's either instructions or makefiles
that contain the openssl commands that make keys and sign them.

If you don't figure it out I'll take a look tomorrow.
