[Babase] ranks data -- conference needed?

Hello, I am not sure where the error with DHO came from. It seems to be a 
different category of error than the rank errors. However, I am not certain 
the ranks for DHO are fine, so there may be a rank problem as well. I can't 
remember off the top of my head.
