[Babase] Latest conversion errors, interpolation proofing

BaBase...

Nope, B11 shouldn't be dead but is one of the baboons that was a 
difficult conversion error to correct.  He's one of those "gap" kids 
that was born near the time when group monitoring stopped.  We've talked 
about how to resolve his records in the database but I haven't had a 
chance to make the changes.  He's on my list though.

Here's my best guess: the problem is not just for ALE and AMA - the same 
thing happens with other members of Weaver's group on 5 March 2003. 
This is the date/grp that I got the error message for when running upcen 
to correct for a skipped census day.  We talked about this one on your 
last trip to Princeton, but had put it on hold while working through the 
conversion.  So it is correct that those guys (along with other group 
members) should be in Weaver's on 5 March 2003 - just need the program 
tweaked to let me get the data in CENSUS.
