Ok.  I was looking in the wrong place.  If you look
at the "initial description" of the INTERACT_DATA table
you will see all the rules that have to do with more than
one column or with relationships to other tables.  In there
it says that the start time must equal the stop time.

So, that's what we should do.

But, you'll have to do this manually per above.  The
view won't do it for you.
