[Babase] Statdate rules

It sounds like really good progress is being made, I am so glad to 
see that we are close to a final conversion. Congrats to Karl and 
Steph.

I agree that the statdate rule is a good one, I like it.

I am eager to try out front ends up can't do this until and unless I 
get a wireless connection back -- it's not practical with the very 
unstable and yet very expensive dialup connection I have.
