[Babase] Psion - Focal as own nearest neighbor?

It turns out that there are limits to what we can have the Psion
check during entry because it has memory limitations. Currently, the
program checks a number of things (limits samples to 10 points,
limits the length of each component of each point, checks to make
sure that the nearest neighbor is actually on othe list of current
group members, which RSM updates periodically) but it takes a long
time to load as is. I think we discussed this one and decided not to
implement it. But i will double check this with Robert.
Leah and I discussed the fact that we need a validation program that
checks for certain remaining types of errors in the Psion data after
it is uploaded -- this is something that we need to talk about. Most
of the types of errors that they can make (ie that are no longer
constrained) would be time consuming and inefficient to do by hand
but easy by computer.
