I don't care so much when it happens, but the earlier it happens
the earlier everybody gets to work with it and the longer we have
to iron out problems.  An email might be good.  I don't know
how he prioritizes things, maybe other professors are bugging him.
Duke did have some hardware failures recently that out-prioritized
us.  We put it on his list 6 months ago and told him a month or
more ago it was time, but I'm not ready to kick and scream yet
by any strech.

We've not talked about it in a while.  There's no firm deadline for
Steph because I can always work on programs and go back
to the conversion, but it's nice to cross things off the list.
Also, I can't believe we've done with the data problems,
we'll know more when the conversion runs to completion.
Data problems could take more of Steph and Daphnie's time.
