ESI was put on the scrotal development sheets, but I see that the team
did not include his name in Dec 08. I though he might have left the
group again, but just checked the Dec and Jan census sheet and he is
still there. I did not get a Jan scrotal sheet for Nyayos from team
although it was checked off on list. This is one of the questions I
asked them. I still have not received any answers to my Nov, Dec, and
Jan data questions although they said they were working on them last week.
It sounds like this requires a follow-up question to the team but I'd
rather that Lacey initiate it (and harrass the team for an answer if it
isn't forthcoming) because it will likely to fall off my radar screen
since I don't deal with the males ranks.
I've never established a protocol for checking new immigrants against
scrotal development sheets AND making sure that the team doesn't drop
them off the sheets month to month. I don't have a sense of when a male
should be put on the scrotal sheet based on age or immigration status
because I don't pay attention to male ages or maturity. I'm not opposed
to trying to do this, but I doubt I'll do a very good job of
cross-checking the info. I just won't see the holes very readily.
Lacey, since you are now getting copies of all the monthly data, do you
want to do this type of proofing? We've discussed before how we need to
check for new immigrant male hybridity sheets and age sheets and I've
added that to my proofing checklist... but this one just seems to make
more sense with you.
