[Babase] another repeat sname - NAV

They don't -- they can't, as you are thinking must be true. Duplicate 
snames happen in the field when the field team isn't pahing close 
attention or when their list of "used'  snames isn't well-updated or 
has a lot of handwriting on it and starts to get confusing. Then 
Daphne picks them up when she goes to enter them into biograph and we 
have to change them. It doesn't happen often, it is surprising that 
they did two in a few months. I will talk with them about it when I 
go.
