[Babase] More weird order in Compareout

So "hunk" is a technical term, eh?  I'll have to remember that.  :)

Looks like you did answer my question.  I just wasn't understanding why, 
every now and then, error rows for two individuals were interspersed but 
your explanation makes sense.  Thanks!
