[Babase] FPSAMPS Kidcontact and Kidsuckle blanks

To clarify, these are adult female point samples where these two 
fields are missing?

I'm not sure I'm on the ball enough to answer this but maybe (1) they 
are actually juv point samples or samples on females that don't have 
kids (but they are single points in a larger sample where the other 
points are complete?), or (2) the observers forgot to enter these two 
columns (but i don't think this is possible in Robert's program) or 
(3) they accidentally edited it out after collecting it.

Probably we need to look at the complete sample to figure out what is 
going on. Perhaps Steph can take a look at this this week. What info 
does she need from you to do this, Karl?
