I added this rule:

   The sexskin measurement before the Mdate cannot be larger than
   0.

I would not normally expect there to be any sexskin measurements
before the Mdate, because the cycle begins with the Mdate.
But this is possible according to the rules if there's
a gap or no prior cycling data.
