</div>So the answer is to fix the CENSUS rows to use the modern Status<br>
values with rows that are in existence (or not) as current protocol<br>
dictates. Which probably means deleting a lot of rows.<br>

I don't think that more recent immigrant males are in MEMBERS<br>
at all in between their "birth" and when they first appear,<br>
