I've been making changes and cleaning up the ranker code on and off
whenever I find the time. I should be able to roll out a new version in
a couple of weeks, which will 1) fix the bug in interaction matrix,
2) allow a date range rather than a single month, 3) make the matrix
display tigher, 4) support printing to text, and 5) support saving/restoring
the state of the ranker program to a local XML file.
