(Just so this is archived to the list, )
Below is a summary of our Conference call about how Karl should Focus
his babase time.

As a reminder, we will have another call next Wednesday at 1 to reassess.

The revision control has been finished and can be found on the source
code page.

Prioritized Items:
1. MPI Upload: Since Karl felt that this was so close to completion,
this will be the first thing to get wrapped up. Karl and I will be in
contact to try and get this completed, tested, and implemented.

1. (Yes there are 2 number 1's) Backups - Karl and Robert will
tentatively speak about this tomorrow at 1:30 EST. In the meantime Karl
will start to write up some information regarding the backups.

2. pHp Admin Changes - Once MPI uploads is complete, Karl will start the
ball rolling with the people from pHp about our changes for Babase.
This will continue to be a background task as he works on other things.

3. Weatherhawk: Pending some final information from Jeanne and Niki,
Karl will complete the integration of the Weather hawk data into Babase.

4. Darting Data: This will be the next set of data to be integrated,
since it is used often and already exists in a relational database-type
system.

Unprioritized Items:
1.Automated Revision log for Babase
2. Old Points Integration
3. Other Pending Tables
   a. Snames not in biog
   b. Bab Parents
   c. Hybrid Scores
   d. Entry Dates (creation of a 'dynamic' view using both entrydates
table info, and biography info to include all individuals).

Something else that Niki reminded me should be on our long term To do is
integration of points data collected by Patrick Ogola and Courtney. I'm
not sure at what level we will integrate this data, whether it will
conform to the current structures, and how we will be able to indicate
that it should not be used for things like frequencies, etc as the
sampled individuals will be biased. This is just something that
shouldn't fall off of the radar of things to do eventually.

Talk to you all next Wed at 1!(pertains to Susan, Jeanne, Lacey, Niki, and Karl only)

Lacey
