[Babase] missing as a status code

yes, definitely, statdate needs to be checked as well.  We need a list of 
individuals with status 'missing' and their statdate.  Leah, could you do 
this and have it ready for Susan's return?  They will probably all be males 
past matdate, and Susan will want to have input.
