[Babase] Repro proofing - missing females?

Maybe we should tackle determining matured by dates for females like
these (JAN, NUB, LUL - see below)? There are a few females who have
already have estimated matured dates, but a greater number simply have
no matured date but are clearly adults (have cycle records and offspring).
As a temporary fix, what would you think of entering a matured by date
equal to the female's first recorded cycle event? This seems easy
enough to do, but I'm not sure if it'll cause us huge headaches down the
road.
