[Babase] Social interaction documents 2nd draft

Ok, I've a second draft of the interaction design ready.  Here's
the relevant parts of the documentation at

I have read this too many times, my brain is now mush.
None the less, I think we've finally got pretty good
documentation for the point sample data here.

Here's the relevent sections, plus whatever new unrelated
