[Babase] dispersed dates update

Hi Daphne and Jeanne,
Steph and I just met to talk about dispersed dates. It looks to us as
though Karen did indeed update all matured and dispersed through end
of 2002 and there just weren't any dispersals in the last half, which
is why it looks like the update only went through June 02 or
something. HOWEVER, Steph is checking to confrim that. Steph will
also look for dispersed dates in the first half of 03.
We will get back to you as soon as we have something. Will download
most recent tables and get back to you if problems.
