[Babase] Agonism Grooming Issue Update

Hey tabby,
    We just want to push the dates of any agonisms prior to 1995 to the 
first of each month using an update statement.  I'll wait for Leah to 
finish what she is doing before I push on with this. thanks for the 
insight! :)
