Its my recollection that I was the owner of both fecal tables for which
I tried the upload program. I think the error messages suggested that
the program wasn't finding the table, but I'll go back and try to run it
again checking everything you have suggested with the permissions.

I understand, but its a hard transition to make for regular users. No
one like it when I tell them that "browsing the tables is like a box of
chocolates....you just never know what you're going to get". So yes,
lets investigate a default browse by primary key.
