[Babase] REPSTATS and CYCGAPS

Hi Karl,

Sorry to be bombarding you with emails, but here's another question for
you. I can't quite put my finger on what's going - in part, I think,
because I'm not entirely sure what you ended up doing with CYCGAPS.

In proofing REPSTATS, I noticed something weird standing out with VOR's
earliest records. Seems this is in part do to a data entry mistake
(I'll work to correct that), but also because of a gap in monitoring
(obviously not a mistake in and of itself, but did lead me to
investigate a bit more).

Could you check the gaps for VOR and also PRO (I randomly chose her as
another female in the same study group)? Both VOR and PRO seem to have
been under the same observation scheme, but VOR has a CYCGAPS rows with
CYCGAPS.code = E on 1992-02-22 and PRO has a CYCGAPS rows with
CYCGAPS.code = E on 1992-02-05. Both of these dates correspond to each
female's respective conception dates that month. I can't figure out how
you determined they were end of observation dates, though. Could you
fill me in (or remind me if we've been over this already) how these
markers were identified?

Thanks,
Catherine
