You need to be logged in to Unix on papio.

Yes. The program is installed on papio. So, you just run it by
typing the command lines given in the wiki, to copy the whole babase
schema from whatever database to whatever database.
If the wiki is not clear then update it.
Hummm.... The wiki does say: "You must be logged in to papio and at
the Unix prompt to run the program." Maybe you need to re-arrange
the sentences?
