[Babase] Female non-menses bleeding

I think it might be possible for females to bleed during pregnancy -
certainly there are "mdates" associated with abortions, but I seem to
remember occasionally seeing a note for bleeding during successful
pregnancies as well. We'll definitely want to check with Jeanne when
she's back, but that's my two cents for now.

Karl and I just spoke and he mentioned this rule: no bleeding dates
between a ddate and an mdate for non-conceptive cycles. I can't think
of an obvious conflict with that since the first bleeding date after a
ddate should be the entered mdate for cycling females.
