[Babase] Papio's ntp sources

Hi Ryan,

FYI, something's strange about the Duke Biology ntp setup.
3 of 4 of papio's time sources seem to be ~39 seconds
off. Fortunately, papio has chosen to use the good time
source. At least that's how it seems to me. Let me know
if I'm wrong.

/etc/ntpd.conf claims to get it's ntp servers from dhcp,
which I presume means Biology.

P.S. I hope you don't mind me putting this on the babase
list, which is archived publicly. Please let me know
if I should report such problems privately.
