It's not my decision to make - its A&S policy, and for a variety of
reasons, I support it completely.
Home directories are private.
If shared space is needed or _wanted_, it will be provided.

If its a temporary thing (this week or something) I doubt the earths
orbit will be overly affected. But it needs to be changed "soon".
