I agree with Susan - the criteria for recording in the field are that
males be at least 4 years old and females be mature, so that is what we
used for our Feb. clean-up, and that seems what we should use for the
checks in Babase. So for MCEs, actors must be male and must be at least
4 years old at the time of the interaction, and actees must be female
and must be mature at the time of the interaction (matured date in
Biograph not blank, and matured date <= interaction date).
