[Babase] sexskin error_ death before maturity

Hah! Ok, we start monitoring/recording sex skins at the 4th birthday in
all groups but Lodge (where it is the 3rd birthday). On average, the
first cycle, puberty, occurs about a half year later. This is a short
period, and this is a low mortality life stage--very few females,
perhaps only 3 or 4, have died in this stage, and perhaps none have had
a non-zero swelling before dying because small swellings prior to the
first cycle only occur in a subset of females anyway. So, we are
certainly safe deleting the zeros before these deaths. If there is a
non-zero value, could we enter it as a demog note on that day? The only
reason not to is that no-one is likely to find it, but at least we will
have retained it, and any female who died in that life stage could be
checked this way to identify any such swellings.

Karl and Jeanne,
Here's one we didn't think of: A female is under observation and has
not yet matured and has swellings of only 0.... then she dies....so no
cycle to which we can assign a sexskin size.
Jeanne, shall I just delete these records? There is no way to make a
rule around this one as far as I can see because sizes have to be
associated with a cycle.
Note that we will have the same problem if she has a mini-swelling
before maturity too.
