I believe that this was indeed the original "default" that we chose
for adult males, but we also discussed whether we could use the
previous month's ranking as the default. Or is this default the one
that gets used if there IS no previous month's ranking?
For all of the categories listed below, the same thing applies -- the
best default would be "previous month's ranking", but in the absence
of such a ranking (under what circumstances? Probably rare) these
would be OK defaults
