[Babase] unconventional snames...and Cameroon

As I understand it, and based on my checking so far, CAM was never
used. Everything is listed as CS1 and there isn't much of that. If
Lacey did come across some reference to her as CAM in demography notes
or something, CAM would not be allowed as an sname because it is not
in biograph.
So I think we already don't use CAM for her, and won't. So, I do think
it is easiest to expunge this sname - CAM - from the list of "used"
snames.
Does this make sense?
With respect to the table, how about just creating a view?
