[Babase] Latest conversion problems

Agonisms should have a first of month date only until about 1998. We
stopped that long before 2005. There is a string on this but I will
wait for Lacey to come in to confirm the date. I think grooming we
did start with 2006 being not first of month but I don't know.

SET_JUL13 is a typo. I am having a hard time imaging how they or why
they generated this typo. This could not have happened in the Psion,
it must have happened during editing on the PC. But in that case I
cannot imagine that it affects very many records (I hope).
