So the answer is to fix the CENSUS rows to use the modern Status
values with rows that are in existence (or not) as current protocol
dictates. Which probably means deleting a lot of rows.
I don't think that more recent immigrant males are in MEMBERS
at all in between their "birth" and when they first appear,
right?
