Cool. So the last CYCGAPDAYS date is 23 June 1993, which is
consistent with a 14 day interpolation interval, her being alive
at the time.

Yeah. You also interpolate in members past your statdate if
you're alive, at least some of the time (when there's absences),
so cycgapdays has to also. There's no particular reason to be picky
and have cycgapdays exactly track members when it comes to
what happens after the statdate, it just has to be "good enough".

No. Rebuilding cycgapdays would hide the problem and it would come
back the next time somebody changed a statdate during a gap in
observation. I need to fix the code. Then we fix the data.
