[Babase] Important update to Ranker Tweaking

You are right. In the case where there is an existing ranking already
in the database, the ranker should show you both the existing one and
your current ranking, and ask if you want to overwrite. In the case
where there is no existing ranking, the ranker will ask if you are
sure that you want to save.
