The POINTS.Pntids for the females have 200,000 added to them so
as not to conflict with the Pntids for the juveniles.
The Pntids of the juvenile point samples are unchanged.
(It's in the Babase documentation in the appendex
about differences between the old and new systems, or it should
be there.)
