[Babase] A proposed Babase announcment

I would prefer to do not provide a contact for now at least. It  
wouldn't be that hard to find us if they wanted us. Providing a  
contact makes it too easy for people who want to say something but  
don't want to go to the trouble of thinking through exactly what they  
want to say and who they want to say it to. It lowers the bar too far  
for my comfort at this point. I am already swimming in email.

I would say we shouldn't ask for participation.
