Hi Susan and Leah,
After looking at my calendar, assuming I can get my accounts set up by this
Friday, I should be able to get a prototype working for you in 2 weeks. The
actual coding is pretty easy, but I suspect that getting everything
integrated into your servers the first time will take some time. Once that's
done once, subsequent web page screens should go pretty fast.
I have to get up to speed on Postgres and PHP, but obviously that will not
be included in your hours. I am familiar with the capabilities and
limitations of both, so I don't see any problems in working with either.
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to work on this project.
