[Babase] missing tdates in cycles

I don't have my head around this at the moment but a thought comes to
mind. Should there be a different code for those cycles where we have
missing dates because those will be the cycles where the cycle length
is meaningless? Is there even any way for the computer to tell when
cycles haven't been recorded? Just something to think about before the
meeting.
