Yes. Birthdates don't harm or fix anything from this POV....error
checking occurs with Census upload.

I was also thinking about the possible error of omission. If I put an
individual into biograph, and his birthdate as a statdate but neglect to
get him on the census, a census upload won't catch that error and his
birthdate would remain the statdate. There is a certain disconnect
between the births, immigrants, and census data. I read the demog
notes to catch births and immigrants, but use the census data sheet to
enter census data. I certainly try to catch any differences while
proofing between the two while proofing, but sometimes snames are
omitted from the actual list of names in the census.
