[Babase] Latest conversion problems

Good morning,
The agonism's should have true dates starting in 1995. So they
should only be forced to the first through the end of 1994. As for
grooming, by the time we decided we wanted the dates on the 2006A
update, Leah had said it was too late. But those can be added in later,
right Karl? So grooming should not have true dates up to and through
the 2006A update, with the obvious exception of Psion data.
