[Babase] Matured BY dates for females

Hi Susan,

Yes, I think you've got it. Taking 178 days prior to the birth of a
female's first infant was what Jeanne and I just did for assigning
matured BY dates (at least in most cases - sometimes different logic was
used to determine the matured BY date, but all that is written-up on a
case by case basis in the Babase change log).

If a female already had a matured date and that matured data did not
fall during a period of spotty monitoring (Jeanne gave me dates for each
study group to query), then I didn't question the matured date or its
status.

Thanks for pointing out the need to clarify that - let me know if I
still didn't explain it well.

Catherine
