[Babase] Sample with no sample type

Karl and I just spoke about this error, and it seems like what happened
is that we had an invalid sname come up in the Psion files. We changed
it in Foxpro from WVL to WYL as per the point samples logs from the
team. However, this sample had no points, as all were OS. So, Karl's
program is trained to essentially go back to the original Psion file to
make sure there are no points, and when it tried to do that, it couldn't
find a sample on 060524 for WYL... because it was listed at WVL.

Anyway, I changed the file to say "WYL" and the problem should
disappear. Karl is going to save the most current Psion Files now, and
use them in the next conversion, which should get rid of this error.
