[Babase] Morris (MOR) and interpolation rules in members table +incomplete censuses!

I'm afraid I've lost track of this a bit, sorry.

I think I may have had the wrong impression of what would be done.

I thought that you were putting in a new character in the census
upload program that would allow us to indicate when an animal was not
censused in a group on a given day. I.e., incomplete censuses would
now have three possible states for each indivdiaul:
Confirmed Present
Confirmed Absent
Status unknown; not censused (this would be the new one).

But reading some of the later emails I'm concerned I misunderstood.
Can someone confirm or summarize what the decision is?

Thanks,
Susan
