Are these the individuals which didn't have bithdates previously?
Foxpro has no 'blank' date, it shows the "beginning of time" date
as blank.  Individuals with no bithdate would get this date in
the members table.  Look at the post-birth interpolated dates
for these individuals to check.  (I forget when the beginning of
time is for foxpro.)

In the current system you must run the reinterp program whenever
you manually change a bithdate, statdate(deathdate), or census
date to reflect the change in MEMBERS.
