[Babase] Interpolation checking

Some heads-up.

I'm running (again) what I hope to be the final
conversion in-so-far as interpolation is concerned.
It takes > 4 hours to complete, so I don't know I'll
get the final foxpro/postgres members comparison to you
today in time for you to work on anything.

On a related note, the conversion tells me there's
half a dozen CENSUS rows that are M Status that
are for the same individual/day/group as already existing
CENSUS rows with A statuses.  You're not allowed
to have two census rows for the same individual in
the same group on the same day.  Sorry, I've already
deleted the errors so I can't tell you which ones, but
they'll come up again.  These may result in differences
between foxpro and postgres MEMBERS.
