Yes, this is apparently the problem. Robert suggested the same thing.
So I opened the csv file in bbedit and chose type "DOS" for line
breaks, and it imported just fine.
This is feasible but cumbersome and would require that all macs have
bbedit or something like it. A patch would be helpful if it would fix
this.
