Well, no.  I suspect it just wasn't done for some reason.
Let's fix it in the new system.  I'll put it on my
TODO list to go through the adlibs
and move M and Es into INTERACT.  However, it's not
something that will go any quicker if I do it in
the conversion, so let's wait until after the data
is moved but before we go live and start putting
pison data in.  Once it's written I can hook it
to the end of the data conversion at any point.
