Karl,
The final conversion error is mildly annoying haha...
the error is:
psql:<stdin>:77574: ERROR: Nghid 185557: Pntid 131461: neighbor <NULL>:
Ncode 3: required ncode 2: Requires a neighbor have an Ncode and there
is no such neighbor
### Add 12090426 to the error messages' source line number
It turns out, that when we did the last batch of changes... this point
sample came up with a neighbor who wasn't on biograph. what we did with
these was changed them to 998's and removed the snames. Once we fixed
that, it picked up the fact that XXN (now 998) had been neighbor 3, and
there was no neighbor 1 or 2. I looked at the psion file (060519P1,
focal animal: OCT), and it turns out there were no neighbors... so XXN
should have been XXX. It seems the obvious thing to do then, is delete
the row from jpneighbors, since it wasn't supposed to be there in the
first place. But in doing this will I also need to alter the psion file
on papio (and in the final data folder once i get access) such that it
reads XXX and is read as no neighbor? I just want to make sure I am
fully fixing the problem and not half fixing it so we don't get another
error like the one you and I fixed today. Thanks so much
Lacey
