I think the rule is that two rows can't both have seq = 1 unless they  
are both "versus" interactions, ie that the team saw two "versus"  
interactions simultaneously begin the mpi.  I think we can probably  
safely change this rule to just say that there can only be _one_ row  
with seq = 1. We wouldn't want to always say the VS must have a seq =  
1. But I think we can make the only one seq = 1 rule. Does that help?
