[Babase] Making tables for other people

Here is an additional comment on Leah's email. Last night she
created a table for me in sandbox, and instructed me to copy it into
my schema by creating a table of the same name and structure in my
schema and then using sql to:

INSERT INTO alberts.rankmemb
SELECT * FROM sandbox.rankmemb

The error message I got said "permission denied for relation
rankmemb". In other words, I can't access rankmemb in the sandbox
schema.
