[Babase] Demography Notes Question for Jeanne, Susan, Karl, and Leah

However, when a row goes into the DEMOG table it always is like
a census, it places the individual in a group.  I don't know if
there are other sorts of demography notes that don't ever get
into the database.  I believe the disussion that occured during
the design phase for DEMOG concluded that because the observed
individual was observed, it made sense to put them into a group.
Even if that group was "Alone" or something like that.
