[Babase] Repro proofing - missing females?

Recall that for animals for whom we don't have an "on" (exact)
matured date we assign a "by" date. The idea is that we know that
animal was mature BY a given date but we never use those By dates as
actual maturity dates. This gives a lot of freedom in the exact date
you assign nthe animal. You just have to assign the date after which
you always want her to be considered adult.

Note that I am in Nbi for only one day, back to Amb tomorrow, so I
won't be in on this thread again. Also, i really didn't read any of
the other babase messages so if there is anything that you need my
input on please forward to Amboseli -- I am sorting through several
hundred emails today and so being very choosy.
