I've never noticed that it's hard to get caps in the column names. Most
of the users at Princeton make tables using the interface available in
PPA and then populate them with data from a tabbed text file...so maybe
that's the difference (I'm guessing you use SQL to make your tables
Karl). I tell people here to avoid caps in column headers and we've
removed them several times when troubleshooting queries. I'll try to
stick it in the tutorial someplace in BIG LETTERS, but honestly I don't
know if we've really written a good section on creating tables in PPA
yet because selecting the data types can be tricky. I usually sit down
with folks and walk them through it based on the data they want to import.
