[Babase] conversion v18

Lacey and Karl,
The new dump files are on papio with the permissions changed. I had to
rename folders again as I could not overwrite Tabby's files. I changed the
dump folder of Tabby's to dump_old and the dump_folder to dump_older. I
happened to notice that tabby's dump folder has 34 files and mine only has
the regular 28. Seems there are some new ones. Karl, can you fish those out
of dump_old?
Thanks,
Leah
