Hi,
There was a problem with automatic Mdate generation that has
since been fixed. The last step is to fixup the database.
WARNING: Do not make any changes to babase during this
process.
This will leave the sexual cycle part of the database
broken for a few minutes. Starting now. I will
send another email when I have the database back together.
I will not make changes to the babase_test database.
This will have to be re-copied from babase if and when
desired.
There are 2 new automatic Mdates:
KOL | 26 | 1 | 2008-01-08 | | | M | A
OXY | 25 | 1 | 2008-04-01 | | | M | A
Note that the Cpids of all the automatic Mdates for
these individuals will change,
and a lot of the time the CYCLEs.Cid of the individual's last
cycle will change as well.
Likewise all of the
CYCSTATS.Csid values, MMINTERVALS.Mmiid values,
and MDINTERVALS.Mdiid values will change.
For _all_ females. This is expected behavior,
none of the data values has changed, but rows were
destroyed and re-created and so there are new ids.
We've previously discussed how these ids change
but I mention it again in case somebody is relying
on id values in some other data set. In this
case the derived data set will need to be re-generated.
As part of this change I will update the CYCSTATS
table. The following will change:
This changes CYCSTATS for KOL for the affected cycle
(2007-12-26 through 2008-02-01 inclusive).
Likewise OXY has CYCSTATS changes from 2008-03-19
through 2008-04-04, inclusive.
So far so good, but there were other changes upon
rebuilding CYCSTATS. I believe that all of
them are due to making changes and not updating
CYCSTATS.
I see new CYCSTATS rows for NOB from 2008-12-16 through 2008-12-29
inclusive. Again, I suspect that CYCSTATS was not rebuilt
after some change, probably to something that changed
the Statdate because these are the last rows for NOB.
OCT has new CYCSTATS rows from 2008-11-28 through 2008-11-30,
inclusive. These are also the last rows.
PEM has changes to CYCSTATS FROM 2008-10-18 through
2008-11-02, inclusive. These are also the last rows.
VAA has new CYCSTATS from 2008-08-02 through
2008-08-03, the last rows.
VIV has changes to CYCSTATS from 2007-06-20 through
2007-10-16, inclusive. These are not the last rows
and probably represent some change made and
CYCSTATS not updated.
WEN has changes to CYCSTATS from 2007-03-18 through
2007-04-28, inclusive. Again, _not_ the last rows.
I have not checked the MMINTERVALS and MDINTERVALS
tables with the same thoroughness, but I believe that
the very same changes that were/were not made to
CYCSTATS also were/were not made to these tables.
