Papio is the babase project computer and we can do what we want
with it, including using it's disk drives. (Please don't take
this as a license to fill the drives.)

There are two places to put things on papio.biology.duke.edu.
(Three counting the web site but I'm not ready to get into
that yet, or else I'd be writing this there.)

/local/groups/babase/
Put stuff that you want to keep in here. It'd be a good idea
to create a sub-directory first.

/local/scratch/
Put stuff that you don't want backed up in here. If you just
need some temporary disk space, this is the spot.

Please put stuff in the "right" directory above. There
is a limited amount of backup space and the more we use
the less history is kept.

You can login to papio and manipulate data there, or
you can move stuff there and back with scp or sftp.
You can't mount the disk on papio as a local drive.
(_Maybe_ Hunter would let us, but I don't want to
get into using papio for mountable disk storage. Ever.)
