I believe the samples began in something like 1990 and continued until
we started Psion sampling in 1999. Lacey can confirm when she gets
back (she is out sick today).

This was pre-Psion, as noted above. Yes, in the originals notebooks
they are interspersed throughout the female point samples. The only
way you can differentiate them from female points as that they don't
have the infant position and suckling codes. In the natural course of
things, one would think that they had just been entered. However,
given that we didn't have a particular purpose for them at the time
(the main reason we started them was to keep the team sharp on juv
IDs) it may be that only adult female points were entered. This would
be a question for Jeanne. She may not be reading this string, so you
might need to go and ask her.

It is possible that they were entered when the adult female samples
were entered. most of those were entered using a program called
Karibu; I don't recall when we let go of Karibu, but if we were still
using it in the 90's, and it was formatted specifically to accept
adult female points (with all the columns that they have), it may not
have accommodated the juv points, and so they may never have been
entered.

I hope this helps, let us know...
