[Babase] Follow-up to Cycles et-al documentation for review

Susan, we did these queries to resolve concerns about codes that were
allowable according to the manual but that we thought shouldn't be used and
probably weren't. The bottom line is that these are ok, we should just
revise the manual, and Catherine sent them to the list serv for documentary
purposes.
