Sorry to be behind on all the various emails -- I was responding to 
them in sequence instead of following threads and seeing what others 
said before responding. I will get better at this, I promise.

Thanks for this Steph. I will wait to hear from Jeanne before I add 
Catherine so i can get her email right.
