This is a problem with the backup of papio, but 24 means that
the backup was partial because some of the files due to be
transferred vanished before they could be transferred.
Usually this is because some email or another is in-transit
and delivered by the time the program gets around to backing
it up.  We don't care if this sort of transitory stuff is
omitted from the backup.  I'd expect there'd be more
lines of detail in the message describing what was missing.  
Was there any more in the email you got?

FWIW a backup of the backup server will have the word "--pull"
in the subject, where the backup of papio itself won't.
