[Babase] Female samples before matured date

Hello Karl, Jeanne, and Tabby,

Susan and I have spoken about a conversion error that comes up when
females are sampled before their matured date. There are not too many of
these errors (8). The majority are within a few months of the matured
date and only one error occurs more than a year after maturity. We are
thinking that we could have a similar rule as when adults are sampled as
juveniles, and allow females to be sampled as adults within a year of
the matured date. This will result in only one set of point samples
being deleted. The rule for adults being sampled as juveniles follows:

Females may have juvenile (Stype=J) SAMPLES rows until their first
conception. Males (or those of unknown sex) may have juvenile (Stype=J)
SAMPLES rows for up to but not including 1 year after maturity
(MATUREDATES
<https://papio.biology.duke.edu/babase_system.html#MATUREDATES>.Matured
<https://papio.biology.duke.edu/babase_system.html#Maturedates-Matured>).

Is this an acceptable solution to everyone? If so, Karl, could you make
this change in Babase?

Thanks,
Leah
