They are the same errors you'd just been fixing:

There are three sorts of problems.  The first is:
  duplicate key violates unique constraint "samples_pkey"

There are 6 of these.

These are where the PSION data has no points and has
both a juvenile and a female point sample by the
same observer of the same individual on the same day.
(Could I not have the latest PSION data somehow?)

The second error is:
  duplicate key violates unique constraint "neighbors_pntid_ncode"

There are 2 of these.

This is the error we talked about today, each neighbor is
allowed only 1 of any given ncode for any given point
sample.
