It'd be easiest if the REPSTATS P rows go away unless there's a
birth/abortion as soon as a subsequent cycle (what would be
the PREGS resume cycle, regardless of whether PREGS is updated)
is entered.  Is that ok or do we need to use the next cycle to
bound the end of the pregnancy?

I think that'd be easiest, I haven't though it through.
