Hi,
I've put the babase documentation, incomplete as it is,
on the web at https://papio.biology.duke.edu/.
In addition to what you see there there is also
https://papio.biology.duke.edu/babase_system_html/babase_system
Which is the documentation in html on one big page.
If you find the diagrams small and hard to read, try rght-clicking
on them and viewing the image. That should make
them way too big to read. :-|
I've no automated system for updating the web page
as yet so don't expect this to be updated
concummently with documentation changes (yet).
While the documentation is not ready for review
the table descriptions may be of some use.
The URLs may well change, so be careful with
bookmarks.
