[Babase] demog update Q for Jeanne and Susan

I agree that this should be separate for now and may remain so (but
where?). Taby, let's get together with Catherine when she gets back,
look at the two collar datasets we have, these records, etc, and come up
with a proposal to present to the others then.

My inclination is that collar functioning does not belong with
demographic data, although they could be linked (by a database relation
rather than just a date) if that's important for some reason. I'd guess
date/sname combination is good enough if anybody wants to connect the
dots.
