[Babase] Fecal Update

Hello All,
Karl and I just spent roughly 90 minutes figuring out the commands
together (and Karl teaching me how to do things), but we are at the
stage where I can go ahead and put the new data into the fecal tables.
The only hold up now is that, as I pointed out earlier today in an
e-mail to the list, the export and import buttons have disappeared from
this newest version of PPA. Karl is working on the issue as I write
this e-mail and hopes to have it resolved soon at which point I will put
the new data into tmprep2 and tmpresults. For right now, these tables
are unusable, as this transition happens (you could use them, but don't
trust them) But as soon as the most updated information is in these
tables, I will let everyone know! :) This should be completed by days
end! :)
