[Babase] Minor census correction

I'm not sure if we are just talking about 1 or both situations, but for
Blue, he wasn't even in the group until the first day he is marked as
there in Demog notes, and then isn't put on the census sheet until the
following census day. Does this make a difference at all?
Just thought I would add if possible..
