[Babase] Changing Immigrant Male Census Data

So I am now finding that deleting a year's worth of census rows takes
between 9-20 minutes... it seems that I have it figured out, and it doesn't
seem to break anything.

At what point should I feel confident about moving out of test and making
these changes in babase? I definitely don't want to run this whole thing on
25 males in test just to turn around and repeat it in babase...

Should I test 1 year prior to entry for every male and just make sure we
don't get any weird errors? They are all Matgrp 9... so there is no reason
they should be in any data prior to their entry dates...
