[Babase] Copying the babase schema from one database to another

This is indeed a lacey product.... I would say most all of what I put on
from my work with Karl before can go away... I'll make that happen. I
will leave the help thing in there, because it's nice to be able to just
pull that up sometimes... but just as a help if we are having trouble...
