[Babase] Re: online access to babase emails

Yup, in general we've opened up the mailing list to the public.
Partly because the code is open to the public, although the
data is not, and partly so we can do things like search with
google, and partly because anybody can subscribe to the list
anyway so we're not constantly messing around with security when
we get new people involved.  If we ever have a problem we
can reconsider.

We could put a note at the bottom of all the list emails
to remind people anything they say is public.
