Right.  The 12 interpolated ones are post-babase.

These 12 _could_ be an error in the interpolation program, as
the "old" rows are not supposed to interpolate.  Let's wait
and see what a comparison of the foxpro and pg members tables
show.  (Though you could probably just look now at the
foxpro data and tell what's up.)
