[Babase] another repeat sname - NAV

I am OK with Nido.

With respect to Steph's suggestion about updating the working list, 
Jeanne and I talked about this the other day. I think that I need to 
take a new list downloaded from as recent a version of biograph as 
possible. Or perhaps Daphne should email it to Amboseli after babase 
has its 2003 update and after I go to Amboseli.

This list should have two columns in alpha order, the short name and 
the long name.
