This works on papio in the babase_copy database (where everything is
at the moment.)

select * from foodcodes, foodtypes
  where foodcodes.ftype = foodtypes.ftype order by fcode;

I just took what was in the monitoring guide and coded it into
the conversion script. (Actually I've a tab delimited text
file, but that's awkward to look at.)

(If you want text try this at the Unix prompt:
  psql -d babase_copy -c 'select * from foodcodes, foodtypes
  where foodcodes.ftype = foodtypes.ftype order by fcode;'

or
  psql --pset border=0 -d babase_copy -c 'select *
  from foodcodes, foodtypes
  where foodcodes.ftype = foodtypes.ftype order by fcode;'
)
