[Babase] maturedate and point samples error_BUG?

Hi again Karl,

You may need to investigate the issue I raised as a possible bug.
I also uploaded ELD and DAP mature dates.  They went in just fine when 
RWA didn't.
Here is what I see in babase_test.

sname       mature date        last date from SAMPLES table  
ELD         2007-02-07      2006-06-22
DAP         2007-03-30      2006-06-09
RWA        2007-05-28      2006-06-24

1)  it hasn't been a year since the last point sample for any of them, 
so why the message at all for RWA alone?
2)  if the others went it, I can't see why RWA didn't, unless I am 
looking at the wrong table (maybe I should look at INTERACT or PARTS or 
something?)
