You don't need to rebuild members.  The system keeps it up to date
automatically.  (Although it should never hurt to rebuild members.)

All of the tables listed in the section "The Reproductive
State Tables", except for CYCGAPDAYS.

CYCSTATS, REPSTATS, MDINTERVALS, MMINTERVALS
