[Babase] Another babase announcement revision

Karl, this looks very good to me. Suggested changes in all caps below  
in a couple places. [I'm sorry, even if "data" is a singular word in  
computer world, I can't handle it, I don't know why --a fatal flaw in  
my personality? It just sounds like we're saying something like "All  
the books is carefully put away."]
