I'm not sure either. Your suggestion seems quite workable
but there could be a better way.

Shouldn't. See my response to Susan's email.
My only suggestion is that you document whatever procedure
you come up with in the wiki. You can have a page
there just for the "other people" to make their
life eaiser.

Thanks. I will note that on the Wiki. I just wanted to clarify before I
start teaching Lacey things that may not be correct or efficient.
