[Babase] Sample with no sample type

Lacey:  I just cut and pasted your exchange with Karl into the changelog 
so we have a record of everything there.

Karl:   I assume that I don't need to do or know anything regarding 
PSION_NEW file when I next upload to papio?  It doesn't directly change 
any of the tables in Babase 1.0 does it....you just need it for the 
conversion...?
