[Babase] Re: fecal tables

Tabby, you will find that you won't be able to send attachments to  
the babase mailing list. Perhaps attach in a separate email to Karl.

FYI, Leah did this for me for a number of tables  last year -- I had  
several old foxpro databases (paternal sisters behavior, male  
behavior, etc) that needed to be imported into postgresql. She (or  
Karl) made a schema for each one in the babase database (called  
sca_mbehav_8791, patsis_ksmith, and malepace, you can see them  
there). Then I believe she just exported them from foxpro as  
delimited files (tab or csv), and created tables in the new schemas  
into which she imported them. It just took a few minutes. The fecal  
tables could go in LG's schema or have a new schema.
