[Babase] VPN instructions for the Mac

ok, I'll try to come up with a better way, obviously that was the  
shorthand version of what I would write up, there is a little more to  
it than that, editing config files etc...

as for papio, it lets me ssh there, asks me to login, and then  
rejects my authentication credentials, but it definitely lets me ssh  
over there.
