I noticed that when I did the export yesterday and figured it would be a
problem (not that it stopped me from sending you my lousy file....).
But I'm glad you looked at the daytime format I created and it looks
OK. So I can just revert back to the last daytime.txt file you created
that we OK'ed....right? I should try using that for the upload? And,
yes, moving forward I can create the new files for upload with a daytime
column only.

I think that will be OK. If I have a missing time I'm just going to do
an average myself based on that month, right? And if I have missing min
or max but the precip is there, I can just upload it with the NULLS for
min & max but a precip value, right?

A related, and as-of-yet undiscussed, can of worms is the precip
measures we have for the Nado Soito station. There are a few precip
values for each month starting in 2007. Should I just try an upload of
the days with records and leave the others out? I realize I also need
to add a station abbreviation to that table before this will work.
