[Babase] FPSAMPS Kidcontact and Kidsuckle blanks

Steph,
The babase documentation will help you navigate this. It is in the
newest version that Karl and Jeanne did, which is the one printed out
and in the black notebook in the lab. Thanks for looking at this.
