[Babase] Psion conversion problem

Hi Karl,

Those two lines have only OS (out of sight) rows associated with them. 
You do have those PSION files already in /biology/groups/babase/PSION.  
Don't know what else I can do about those. This will be an issue we 
continue to run into. We get samples with only OS rows pretty often so I 
think this is something that we will need to work on.
