[Babase] demog update Q for Jeanne and Susan

I am late chiming in here and sorry if I am still getting this wrong,
but after Tabby's email this morning I realized that she is saying
that the collar logs provide information about the location (ie the
group) that an animal is in on a given day the way that demog notes
do. Sometimes these correspond to non-census days. This means that,
like many of our demog notes, they provide location information that
would result, for these GPS-collared females, in their location being
D (for demog note) rather than I (for interpolated) on a lot of days.
This will matter most (maybe only) if a collared female dies or does
a temporary disappearance -- it will affect her death date, for
instance (unlikely but possible).

Bottom line from my view:
(1) I think Tabby is right that this is demographic information and
would work in demog notes, but (2) it may be a lot of work for
probably relatively little information to enter them all as demog
notes, although (3) I think technically this might be the right thing
to do.

I am OK doing it or not. I think that Karl's proposal (about making a
table linked to demog table) will also work just fine.
