Guess I asked about this because the collared individual is named and
the location/state or health of that individual is often reported.
Collar checks occur often enough on non-census days that this qualified
as demographic info we probably want to capture. The functioning of the
collar itself probably belongs elsewhere....so I guess the main question
is how to deal with the two components of collar checks (census/health
of individual versus how the collar is functioning) and whether these
should be broken up or ultimately captured in one table only. Probably
something you want to chew over with Jeanne.

Ooops, you missed it because I neglected to copy you. Sorry! Here's
the question:
The team's age estimate for an immigrant male in Nyayo's group, Gyan,
compares him to two males of different ages. In the Feb demog notes,
the team compares him to Fabian (born 2002-02-16). However they also
sent a hybrid sheet, at the bottom of which they compare him to "Cool,
or slightly bigger" (born 2001-09-11).
Do you have a preference for which date I use to derive his birthdate?
