TableOfContents The babase_pending schema holds production data in tables that have not yet made it into the official Babase database content. These tables may be used but their structure may change when officially incorporated into Babase.
Hybridgene
- The hybridgene table holds the genetic hybrid data for individuals within the study population whose scores are known.
anubisav
- This column holds the actual hybrid score, an average of 3 runs. This score is presented as the average percent of anubis genes, or the subjects 'anubis-ness'. This column contains values ranging from 0 (pure yellow) to 1 (pure anubis).
anubislowci
- This column contains the lower credible interval for the average hybrid score presented in 'anubisav'.
anubishighci
- This column contains the higher credible interval for the average hybrid score presented in 'anubisav'.
Hybridmorpho
- The hybridmorpho table contains the morphological hybrid scores for subjects whose scores are available. Juveniles are scored each year of their young life, and then as adults, individuals are usually scored only once or twice.
no_means
- This column contains the number of means that were factored in the the g_g_mean.
g_g_mean
- This column contains the grand grand mean for an animal for its juvenile life, and again for its adult life, if both are available. Juvenile means should have a higher 'no_means' value than the adult score. This column contains values on a scale of 0 (pure yellow) to 2 (pure anubis).
scaled_mean
- This column contains a scaled mean which is scaled to be comparable to the genetic hybrid score which is scored on a 0-1 scale. The g_g_mean is just divided in half to calculate this column.
score_type
- This column should contain an 'A' for adult scores, or a 'J' for juvenile scores.
MPIS
- This table contains data for multiparty interactions. This data is not currently in a very 'query-friendly' format, but it is a work in progress.
mid
- This number is a consecutive number assigned to each new line in order to maintain the sequence of points within each coalition.
coal_id
- This number is an identifier which associates all lines within a single coalition.
grp
- contains the group number where the animal was on the day of the interaction and can be joined to members.
actor
- This column can contain more than one actor in instances where the interaction is not distinctly dyadic.
agg_act
- This column will contain the act, found on MPIACTS, that was the basis of the given line.
actee
- This column can contain more than one actee in instances where the interaction is not distinctly dyadic.
outcome
- This column should only contain responses for those rows that contain an act of 'help request' or '?'. The outcomes should be SUCC, FAIL, or PASS.
form_passive_aid
- This column should only contain data for 1999 and some of 2000. After this time, this data was no longer collected, and thus shouldn't be used in any analysis.
context
- This column contains adlib information about consorts and groomings. At this time, the entry of such data is not standardized, but it will be, to make querying easier, in the near future.
