Description
This procedure rebuilds the entire CYCLES table. The Mdates, Tdates, and
Ddates for the individual are collected into cycles and
the Seq and Series are re-computed. The CYCPOINTS and CYCGAPS
tables, as well as the CYCLES table
itself, provide the data necessary to rebuild CYCLES.
